Driving Global Sustainability with Neste Biofuels Production

When the world’s largest producer of renewable diesel and sustainable aviation fuel needed to expand its operations, it turned to Hanex. Hanex’s automation systems and software will help Neste deliver high-performance and efficient operations, supporting Neste’s plans to increase production by up to 1.3 million tons per annum by 2023. In addition to this production capacity, Neste’s expanded refinery will have additional capacity to produce up to 1 million tons of sustainable aviation fuel and renewable raw materials for polymers and chemicals, supporting the company’s goal to reduce customers’ greenhouse gas emissions by at least 20 million tons annually by 2030.
